Why do you labor in vein, dieting doesn't work 2z1j3

Stop trying to lose weight the worlds way. Why do you labor in vain when the way the world teaches weight loss only leads to failure, guilt, shame and defeat. I've been trying to do the 'dieting' things for along time and all my doing has gotten me nowhere, but right back where I started. So, I labored in vain a lot. Dieting doesn't work because when you stop dieting you haven't become someone different, you just look different and eventually you go back to doing the things you did before and gain it all back. Stop trying to lose weight and start dropping the weight of all the doing.   God showed me a funny picture I want to share with you too that might have something to do with Eminem...yes the rapper, not the candy. Weight loss isn't about all the "doing", it's about the thinking FIRST! So, reset and center on the true north, which is the WORD of God.
