Real World Couples with Yerasimos Stilianessis + Sophie Fletcher 17156x

I loved this conversation with Sophie + Yerasimos about their relationship of almost 10 years.  They are both deeply dedicated to inner work and growth, which really shows in the marriage they've created.  We speak about how important it was for them to build a strong foundation of friendship first, which allowed them to get to know each other in a way that looks very different from the typical process of dating.  We also discussed how they get through conflict in a healthy way, the importance of not sweeping things under the rug, and elevating each other towards their highest selves. Understanding basic relationship psychology, attachment styles, and parts work are key for these two; in addition to understanding the nervous system and human design. Personal responsibility is a huge value for these two, and it really shows!  I have seen this to be such a key value in healthy relationships, when both people are able to take ownership for their stuff, to apologize and repair.
