Did Kim Kardashian have a facelift?  That's the buzz on the Internet.  If she did, she had a well executed procedure, since this 68 year old woman is looking quite good.  On this show, we discuss how most modern plastic surgeons are skilled at performing excellent facelifts and how consumers can choose an excellent surgeon.

Do you really think all of those "influencers" look that beautiful?  Nah.  They just are great at using filters for their  images.  And that was before AI.  Now, images and even video can have everyone looking beautiful for the web.  But what happens when you bring your plastic surgeon an altered image and ask to look like that?  It's not so easy.  On today's show, we discuss that as well as give you the real truth about exosomes in skin care.

Plastic surgeons have become experts at marketing.  Every week there seems to be another name for a procedure like the Vampire facelift, or the liquid facelift, or the Brazilian Butt Lift or so many others.  This week, it was the "baby rhinoplasty".  Most of these funny names are simply marketing efforts to increase traffic in plastic surgeon's offices.  On this show, we discuss how the rhinoplasty is the most difficult procedure in cosmetic surgery and how consumers should be wary of marketing .
