Although it may seem otherwise, our relationship with money is more emotional than we would like to accept. Just like how we are emotionally attached to different objects that we own, our relationship with money will most likely always have some level of emotional attachment, and it depends on us whether those emotions related to our money are positive or negative. Having a good relationship with money is just as important as having a good relationship with any loved person in our lives. However, when talking about money, most people will recoil from the topic or have some bad comment about it. Those bad thoughts or comments related to money may come from the beliefs formed around childhood, that tell us "money is bad", "money turns people bad", or even "Money is just not for us". Money beliefs created during our childhood will most likely accompany us until early adulthood, and it can be difficult to remove them from our minds, especially if those beliefs were reinforced by seeing or having difficulties related to money while growing up, making us link money with only bad emotions and thus, making us take bad financial decisions; which will in time create emotional distress in our life. However, it is not impossible to remove those beliefs from our lives and start our relationship with money afresh. Learning to be Reliable
We usually hear the phrase "To gain someone's trust we need several actions, but to lose it with a single one is enough". Trust is a very valuable factor in any solid relationship, be it friendship, family, and/or romantic relationships. The being reliable can generate a good perspective in others, and they can add or see other attributes in you, such as being respectable, faithful, loyal, and honest. Being reliable is an important virtue in many aspects of life, not only in our relationships but also in our day-to-day lives, it happens without realizing it with people who do not even want to form a lasting relationship. An example of this is when we are going to make an important purchase and go to several stores, no matter how much better the price of the product is in a store, if the seller does not inspire trust and transparency while offering the product, you will not care paying more for the same product at another store just because that other seller gained your trust. Being reliable in the workplace also plays a fundamental role, from the owner of a company to the newest worker, since there is a chain of trust deposited in a bidirectional way, from top to bottom where bosses wait for the fulfillment of the tasks of its employees and where the workers, in turn, expect compensation for these tasks and responsibilities stored in them, either in of salary or on merits to promote positions. Having relationships of high trust increases our quality of life, knowing that there is a certain commitment to do as promised brings us peace of mind, which gives us the freedom to take care of other things that do deserve our attention. Every day we are presented with various situations to which we must look for different ways to deal with them. Day after day we see new products come onto the market, thousands of digital applications and innovative things that we probably didn't even imagine could be sold, with which we are increasingly being required as a society to do new things to stand out from the crowd, but a problem that we all experience at any time and aspect of our life is the frustration of being able to create, imagine or be inspired by something to be able to materialize all the talent we have in a specific job or project. Many industries are automated and more and more human resources are less required, so the few vacancies are more fought among the most qualified people for that work. However, there is a very important factor that has not yet been able to be represented by a machine, and that is the virtue of creativity. If we are talking about a design, marketing, or similar job profile, the applicant's adaptive creativity is one of the most important things when choosing the position. If we talk about other professional careers, perhaps it is not the most relevant, but the inventiveness to solve situations using their creativity is well taken into . But creativity is not only used in the work area, but it is also applied in any aspect of our life, and it is very useful for us to solve situations in different ways, and even with small things that can make a difference, an example of this is when a mother looks for ways to prepare the most provocative food when her son does not like vegetables or when a person surprises his partner with some different detail. Creativity is our friend, so it is essential that we work on it and develop it. How important can a laugh be? There are many factors that we must take into consideration when taking care of our mental and emotional health, such as following a balanced diet, having a morning routine, physical activity, etc. However, occasionally, we talk about an important natural factor that can help us regulate our mood, and that is our laughter. Surely you have already heard of "Laughter therapy". To back up this therapy, there have been several studies done, and it has been determined that laughter is a healing gift for human beings, this is why we also encounter many programs where a group of people goes to hospitals dressed as clowns or movie characters to make children smile and lift their spirits. Usually, we all know a person with a different vibe that is always laughing, transmits their joy to everyone around them and that just their presence lifts everyone's mood. Now, I want you to think of that person whom you know and try to count the times this person has been sick this you've met them... this person probably tends to get less sick than the rest, and this is due to what is called the mind-body connection. Laughter also has its chemical reactions in our brain which help the organs of the body such as the heart, to strengthen the immune system and other benefits on an emotional level such as pain management and stress reduction. It may sound a bit illogical, but during difficult moments in our lives, something as simple as laughing can be very helpful and the spark that ignites the attitude to stop thinking about the problem and focus on the solutions. How to Overcome Difficulties
Life has many ups and downs, and we all have to go through them. Difficult situations are one of those things that sometimes we can't avoid, a situation in which we feel that we have lost our way, and we have a perception in which we believe that we are "victims of the circumstances ”. These events can be as inevitable as the loss of a loved one or a pet, difficult financial times, a love breakup, and even the loss of a job or the disapproval of a school subject. When we go through these situations, it is normal to want to throw everything down the drain and think things like “I have come this far, but I can't take it anymore”, to have feelings of sadness and frustration mixed with the stress that they can generate and can even paralyze us, minimizing our capacity for action. However, at these times is when it is essential to apply all our resilience and put into practice all the tools that we have acquired up to that moment to face these difficulties. While it is true that when we go through these hard situations we think that life is against us and that there is nothing left to do, we have to that life is about living experiences and learning from them, showing what we're made of and keep pushing forward as many times as necessary. Building my Self-Confidence
When we are born, we come with very little information and essential skills to overcome the first stage of our lives, however, with time we start developing new skills and acquire new capabilities. Like responsibility, discipline, respect, and even self-confidence; without realizing it, we learn multiple things since we are children, an example is when we start riding a bicycle, we start with the training wheels, then when we gain confidence we take away one little wheel to gain balance until we end up removing both, and we start with the practice of trial and error, falling and getting up again and again with the perception of the self-confidence that we place in ourselves that we can achieve it until we finally achieve our goal. When we were little, even if no one had mentioned the word self-confidence to us, we were going to work on it because it is a normal instinct, as we saw in the previous example. Not believing in ourselves will lead us to a demotivating and anxiety-filled life, one that can take our biggest dreams and goals from us. One way to visualize it would be to imagine a balance and place at one of its extremes all those opportunities and moments that we have forbidden ourselves from living due to the insecurity we feel and the fear of facing a new experience. The reality of life is that it constantly puts us to the test, day after day situations are always presented to us where we are forced to face it and that is when the self-confidence that we have should come out.
