Don’t worry, there are no Season 2 spoilers!  As you might know, the show follows Carmy, a rising star in the culinary world, as he returns to Chicago after the death of his brother in an attempt to save his family’s failing eatery. He’s ed and sometimes thwarted in his mission by family, his brother’s longtime crew, and an upstart sous chef named Sydney. Season 1 left all of us on the edge of our seats, and we can’t wait to see what happens in the new season.   Jeremy ed host Kerry Diamond to talk about how he prepared for his role, the team behind the show, and his take on restaurants today.
