Whilst the Paternoster Gang is investigating said mysterious goings on, the appropriately named Victorian era villain Mrs. Gillyflower blooms onto the scene ready to re-pollinate Britain because of villainy! And then the Doctor shows up to defeat the Gelth… or the Talons of Weng-Chiang… or the Great Intelligence… or Mr. Sweet… or Lord Sutcliffe… well at least one of them.
