Hey there, welcome to the "Drop the Weight" podcast. Today's topic is all about consistency in weight loss, and I'm excited to share an alternative approach to traditional dieting. Personally, I don't think being on a diet is the best way to stay consistent. Instead, I suggest focusing on reshaping your habits into practices that work for you. It's much easier to change one to three habits at a time, and it can be much more effective in the long run.
I want to encourage you to stop using the word "diet" altogether and start practicing new habits that will transform your mind and body. If you tune in, you'll learn some great tips on how to stay consistent with your weight loss journey and form new practices that will become a part of your everyday life.
