From Joshua's perspective, the balance of energies coming in now combined with all of our  collective pre-birth intentions, means everything unfolds perfectly for everyone. We are energetic beings, and the experiences in this physical reality, including challenges and negative emotions, are explorations intended before birth to expand our consciousness. These explorations, such as experiencing separation, loneliness, or unworthiness, are unique to this reality and drive that expansion. Difficult experiences, like back pain, can be understood as a  partner designed to reveal unexamined limiting beliefs. By shifting perspective, embracing neutrality, and understanding that each one of us is the creator of our own reality, we can move beyond victimhood and toward higher states of being.   Neutrality gives us greater access to inspiration and intuition, while judgment and attachment to polarities (good/bad) create emotional rollercoasters that distract from inner guidance. While we all came to explore duality, cultivating neutrality allows for a deeper understanding of the perfection and balance inherent in all experiences. Ultimately, realizing that nothing outside of us can cause us to feel negative emotion, we can embrace the role of creator. This empowers us to release blame, process limiting beliefs, and take inspired action to manifest our true desires.
